One time download links
When sending sensitive data, it's often wise to ensure the file isn't accessed by anybody else, or that it remains online for longer than necessary. File password protection

How do I upload files in my dashboard?
Once you've created an account with Uploadfiles, you have access to your own personal dashboard. On your first visit, you will see any previous uploads you created from your current device, even if you weren't a registered user at the time of upload. How do I cancel my subscription?
If you'd like to delete your subscription with us, login to your dashboard and expand the "settings" link in the left hand sidebar menu, then click "billing". Once the billing page opens, you can click on "Edit" next to your current plan. A new modal will appear, allowing you to choose the subscription you'd like to cancel. Click the relevant plan, then click "Cancel subscription". You'll be given the chance to "Cancel immediately" or "Cancel on next renewal

How do I delete my account?
To permanently delete your account, login to your dashboard, then click on the expand arrow next to "settings" in the left hand sidebar menu, then choose "account". In the new view that opens, click on "Delete account", then enter the reason you've decided to leave (optional), your password, then click "I understand, delete my account and all my files" to confirm.

How to share files
When uploading files via your dashboard, you can hover over the dropdown menu icon in the top right corner of each file to see the different options. From the dropdown menu, you can choose "Quick link" which will instantly copy the shortened file URL to your clipboard, or you can click "Advanced links" which will open a new modal. How do I customise my download page?
As a business user, you can completely customise your download pages. To do this, login to your dashboard and expand the "settings" link in the left hand sidebar menu, then click "Branding". In the new page that opens, click the switch next to "enable branding", then upload your own logo & background image, add a title and description. How to create folders
To create a folder and categorise your files, and share them easily, login to your dashboard then click on "all files" in the left sidebar to view your files. From here, click "Create folder" on the top menu. This will open a modal where you can set the folder name. Enter it, then click "Create folder". You'll then be redirected to the newly created folder. In this page you can upload files to the new folder, or drag & drop files into it from your "all file

How can other people send me files?
It's possible to allow other people to send you files directly by creating a folder, making it public, then enabling "Allow other users to upload files to this folder". Once this is enabled, you folder page will include our uploader widget, allowing others to add files to your folder without creating an account.

How do I reactivate my subscription?
If you recently cancelled your subscription but would like to reactivate it, login to your dashboard and expand the "settings" link in the left hand sidebar menu, then click "billing".
